At FlickPlay people can geo-mint digital assets, build the social rank of them using social data from the videos created with their NFTs, and access real-life utilities tied to them.

Job Description

FlickPlay is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Platform squad for a chance to work on the cutting edge web3 technology -

Main Responsibilities

• Work closely with Product Management, iOS engineers and UI / UX to build features, resolve issues, and perform testing related to customer facing high traffic services and applications in a fast-paced and collaborative Agile team while owning your solution from development to production
• Design, write, test, and document applications while identifying solutions to complex problems
• Define optimal system performance at scale and at different layers while using system profiling tools and stress testing to find and fix weak spots
• Implement continuous integration, regression and deployment, while maintaining the existing system and codebase
• Design and build scalable, high-availability mission-critical systems and APIs
• Ensure feature quality through extensive testing (unit, integration, functional, performance and regression) with a focus towards automation

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in web application design and development
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
• Experience in building microservices architectures and API-first design
• Design and development experience with applications that require high availability, concurrency, multi-tenancy, scalability
• Strong understanding of concepts related to data structure, algorithm, design patterns/practices
• Strong proficiency with JavaScript/ES6+
