Main Responsibilities
- Partner with the CEO to implement company-wide operational protocols, and department-focused initiatives to drive key top-line business metrics
- Partner with the CEO to prioritize/ align internal initiatives that will lead intro mid-term and long-term goals.
- Experience in both developing and executing insights-driven marketing programs that drive key brand metrics against users and non-users. This role will work closely with many cross-functional teams including, product, data, community, creative, and social.
- Plan and lead creative marketing campaigns and activations to increase brand awareness, brand likability, and product usage, as well as acquire and retain new users
- Provide inputs to growth, product marketing, and branding strategy with deep knowledge on market insights and industry trends
- Analyze the effectiveness of media campaigns to better optimize spend and performance, draw insights & make data-driven decisions that drive the marketing team’s goals
- Establish and track progress and status reporting on multiple projects (OKRs, etc.), working cross-departmentally to ensure stakeholder alignment
- Roll your sleeves and direct projects lacking ownership
- Followup & own projects directly commissioned by CEO (driving deadlines, next steps)
